In the early 1990s, since encountering a sample of Italian ponytail lining fabric at the Canton Fair, Mr. Peng, the founder of Hualong ponytail lining fabric, began the research and development of post finishing and shaping of ponytail lining fabric.

In an era where information was almost passed down by word of mouth, Mr. Peng traveled through the dirt roads of rural areas and the hustle and bustle of cities. With the help of foreign trade professors from Hebei Province and textile professors from Tianjin University, he eventually developed his own achievement for Chinese ponytail lining fabric - the technology for shaping and processing ponytail lining fabric.

This scientific research achievement has won the third prize for scientific and technological progress from the Ministry of Textile Industry of China, filling the gap in the standardized finishing technology of the ponytail lining fabric industry and making Hualong ponytail lining fabric company a standard setter in the industry
